How to prepare counsel’s brief for:1.1 an application for default judgment; 1.2 an application for summary judgment (to move and to oppose); 1.3 provision sentence summons; 1.4 divorce matters; and 1.5 Rule 45 enquiries. 2. Drafting of pleadings and additional documents required in: 2.1 an application for default judgment; 2.2 an application for summary judgment (to move and to oppose); 2.3 provision sentence summons; 2.4 divorce matters; and 2.5 application to compel further particulars. 3.Applicable practice directives.
