The official launch of the Namibian E-laws
The official launch of the Namibian E-laws took place on 8 July 2010.As part of the Ministry of Justice’s Strategic Plan they expanded E-Services for all its customers and through external partnerships, notably with the Namibian Legal Information Institute (NAMLII), the Ministry of Justice has developed a content management system for the Namibian E-law project.
You will find all the post-independence laws on the system and by the end of the financial year all the pre-independence Namibian laws will also be uploaded.
